How To Reach Gosaikunda From Dhunche
Gosaikunda trek is one of the most popular trek in Nepal. The trek to Gosaikunda can be started from different places like Dhunche/Syabru Besi/Sundarijal/Helambu. Here we will talk about the trekking to Gosaikunda via Dhunche.
Day 1: Kathmandu to Dhunche via jeep or bus. Some people prefer to start their trek after a relaxing night at Dhunche.
Day 2: Dhunche to Chandanbari (Singompa): Second day involves a long steady climb to reach Chandan Bari which is at an altitude of about 3,200 m (10,500 ft). There are plenty of lodges available here along with cheese factory too. Meanwhile, you will have to trek through Deurali (2500 m) and Dhimsa before reaching Chandanbari or Singompa.
